Sopas

Sopas means soup in tagalog. This is a Filipino soup known for its creamy blend of elbow macaroni, milk and carrots. It’s best served hot and keep you warm during cold or rainy days.

It is also recommended that you try to consume sopas immediately rather than eating it later. If there are leftovers, there are chances that the macaroni will absorb the liquid over time. Then you will have a bloated macaroni noodle dish. Adding more milk or water the next day will just make things worse.
